Official 2012 Summer Secret Santa Sign Up

Got a box ready to go out on Monday across the Atlantic. All but one want list beers. One local that I hope is enjoyable.

Mine went out today. Only travelling a couple days. Hopefully it holds up well.

My box is packed and ready. Only one want list item, but it’s the only one I have access to.

I have moved the shipping deadline back a week to Saturday, July 21. There is a major 100°F+ weather climate throughout United States right now that will continue for another week. Bottles are subject to explode when exceeding 100° F, especially bottle conditioned beers. This extended week should allow everyone participating to ship their packages when we should be clear of the extreme heat wave. We do not want any bottles exploding during transit and I want to make sure everyone’s package arrives safely.

As an aside note, I find that styro shippers provide adequate insulation against high temps for up to five days. I highly recommend this option for shipping.

Hey does santa let us know when our package has been shipped or delivered? If my sender uses fedex, they will deliver it to the leasing office in my complex not my apartment so i wont know when it arrives.

You will receive tracking number from Santa, so you can see when package was delivered.

Cool thx! I couldnt remember how it went last time amd i wasnt sure as this will reveal the sender before the box arrives.

More than a dozen packages have been shipped. Several Secret Santas have contacted and informed me their packages will be shipping once we’ve cleared the heat wave.

Also, when selecting beers to ship, remember to check your recipient’s Beer Ticks List too. Many use this as a temporary listing for all their backlog beers waiting for review entries.

I’ll be forwarding tracking numbers and messages as soon as I receive them.
