a cap of struise? damn , onley seen the coloured ones ( white, red, gold ) didnt know they existed?

Right you are. I like them too much to not include them.

Also, La Trappe, while a Trappist brewery, is actually in the Netherlands -- still seemed right to include it with all of the other Trappist beers.
