Pairing with smoked salmon?

The Salmon here in NZ is pretty good, I’ve always liked it with a Saison, seems to counter the oilyness of the salmon just right. My personal fave to go with it ishttp://8wired.co.nz/our-brews/saison-sauvin-0
I think the dry citrus of the saison style helps alot.
