There’s a product called Peanut Wonder that’s a peanut-butter knock off, that may work well for you. It’s made with peanut flour, instead of actual peanuts, so it’s got a very low fat content...only about 2.5 grams per serving (regular stuff has about 12-14).

It’s pretty damn expensive, but tasty and it can be found at places like Whole Foods. There’s one or two other brands that are cheaper and identical in content, but PW was the original. Good luck. thumbs up

PWalk 337:10 How’s the flavor in Peanut Wonder? If it’s in flour form that may just be the ticket to making my recipe a winner. 1/5/2005 8:18:07 AM

It’s pretty good, though it’s not in flour form...it’s pretty much like a denser peanut butter. But it should dissolve in the boil pretty readily. I’m sure if you Google it, you’ll be able to find its ingredients somewhere...hmmm...

PWalk 337:10 After reading about Peanut Wonder I wonder if it’s worth trying the chocolate peanut butter instead. That way your getting both flavors in the brew. 85% less fat is appealing as theres probably less oil to go along with it as well.

It’s got me thinking.hmmm...
