Man i love picked beetroot, i always have a big jar in the cupboard. They actually go well with most beers as they dont have such a strong flavour as alot of pickled foods, also they are fairly hearty aswell as massivly good for you, so a great thing to have at a tasting with bread and cheese.

Here’s a link to a brand available in two groceries in a very small No. Cal. town. If they can get here from Wisconsin, they may be residing on a shelf near you. Like one jar wide, maybe.

I wear black t-shirts. Sartorial elegance and a useful precaution against excessive foodism. I like to think that with a dark blue shirt they substitute for ascots. Readily available at WalMart and other fine emporiums.
