I just saw those at store in NY. Will pick some up. Anybody ever have the Brooklyn Brine pickles that they made with Sam from DFH that have 60min and cascade hops. Their HQ is like a block away from my hotel.

Until I had the most perfect pickle Iíd ever tasted (from these guys - the sheer shitiness of their website should indicate how good their food is), Ba-Tempt half-sours were my faves.

Unfortunately, they donít sell Ba-tampte pickles in the DC area that I know of. I ainít driving 35 miles for a fricking jar of pickles, I donít care how good they are.
Iíd rather order from The Pickle Guys in Manhattan & pay the shipping.

Iím with yaí there. Or just make your own. You know you can.

Best ones Iíve had were sweet white pickles, flavored I think with mustard seed dill and possibly anise (?). These were incredible. Mother made them.

They were like these Danish ones. Damn, maybe itís worth the effort. NOTHING was better with a sandwich.

I picked up some Brooklyn Brine Whiskey Sours the other day on a going out of business sale at Bruery Provisions. (Rye whiskey) Not much rye at all. Buttery and not that crisp.

More reason to make some more at home. Fairly easy so long as I donít decide to add green beans and chance botchalism. The more you know.
