Hello,
Talkbeer people redirected me to this site. I would like advice on how to get to cantillon and 3 fonteinen from Paris. Always willing to share beers and do trades.
Is it true BA stouts are sought after in belgium?

Merci.

Was thinking of bringing some pliny to drink, give away, share. Maybe heady topper...what breweries from Southern California do you guys like?

I would go by bus from Brussels center.

If you share or trade during the (highly commercialised, though) Belgian Beer Weekend, you can meet lots of beer enthusiasts and beer tourists (no bottles alowed in the drinking area):

From Paris? You can take the Thalys to Brussels Midi and walk to Cantillon. Don’t forget about the rest of the city though. And 3 Fonteinen is another matter.

whats wanted depend on who you’ll meet. But yeah, BA stouts and fresh IIPA’s should trigger most of us into trading ;)

When in September? Depending on the date we could share a beer.

Cantillon is very easy to reach. Short walk from Midi (South) station. Also plenty of lockers at the station, in case you have heavy luggage.

3 Fonteinen is a bit more difficult, but there are regular busses and trains going. You can use the delijn.be website to plan, it works in English as well. I always use Teirlinckplein Beersel as the address. Also tram line 51 (station Van Haelen) is within walking distance (20 minutes) from Beersel.
