This is a pretty obscure question, but Zymoferm has 5 separate brewery-specific weissbier yeast strains.

The others are familiar to me: Weihenstephan, Ayinger, Greizer Fürstengold, and Franziskaner.

But I don’t recognize #3:

Zymoferm 41, Stamm Z041-0-39, Weißbier III, Typ „Bestfrau“

What is Bestfrau? The other four strains are named after fairly well-known historic breweries but I don’t recognize Bestfrau.

Thanks!

I don’t know. Do they brew something called Bestfrau?
