Pretty sure a tie is resolved by a dance-off.

We know the STL dates offer a shorter turnaround (a little under 3 months from now), but it was the only weekend we could get all STL brewers on board, given the number of other events theyíre committed to this summer. So we had to make the tough choice to hold it June 19-22 because it offered a chance at a more complete event. Plus, the summer can be rougher in STL in July and August.

Truth

Lived there 9 years. HOT as HELL in July and August. Humid too. June and September are the perfect months.

Are you one of the proposal submitters?

Iíd ask anyone in charge of a proposal being voted on to contact me immediately if they have any issues with anything posted in this thread or as it pertains to cheerleading or possible vote rallying here or elsewhere on the site.

Edit: As far as I understand, there is a lot of friendly banter and long time jokes at the expense of Torino being tossed around but nothing malicious. Again, Iím not following the thread 24/7 as itís mainly for questions, clarifications, etc. so I may very well have missed something.

Cheers.

Although Iím always hesitant to refer to Michigan, Minnesota or Chicago as Midwestern destinations instead of Mid-northern destinations, Iíll do that for practical purposes here:

RBSG 2002 - Toronto, ON - East
RBSG 2003 - Chicago, IL - Midwest
RBSG 2004 - Portland, OR - West
RBSG 2005 - Montreal, QC - East
RBSG 2006 - Washington D.C./Baltimore, MD - East
RBSG 2007 - Minneapolis, MN - Midwest
RBSG 2008 - San Diego, CA - West
RBSG 2009 - San Francisco, CA - West
RBSG 2010 - Grand Rapids, MI - Midwest
RBSG 2011 - Philadelphia, PA - East
RBSG 2012 - Los Angeles, CA - West
RBSG 2013 - Minneapolis, MN - Midwest
RBSG 2014 - St. Louis, MO or Seattle, WA - Midwest or West

East - 4
Midwest - 4 possibly 5
West - 4 possibly 5

Seems to be very evenly spread. More so than one would think possible without any geographic restrictions.

*Of note: There WAS a post asking why RBSGs were almost always held in the midwest and west coast.
