Certainly not anything as humongous as the seasonal gatherings on RB, but I’ve been responsible for planning an Italian wedding. That was fun. I probably didn’t make myself clear: the couple of days I mentioned would just be for an outline. I’ll get more information as more time goes on, and if a proposal hasn’t been posted in the next few weeks to a month, my research could come in handy. That’s what I meant.

From memory here is what I have 2014 - St Louis 2013 - Minneapolis 2012 - Los Angeles 2011 - Philadelphia 2010 - Grand Rapids 2009 - San Francisco 2008 - San Diesgo not 100% sure from here on 2007 - Portland maybe 2006 - Minneapolis also 2003 - Chicago 2002 - DC 2001 - somewhere in Canadia

Speaking of RBWG, where all have those been? There have been 3 in FL and 1 in TX that I know of. Was the Orlando one (or wherever it was, not Tampa or Jacksonville) the first one?

Not sure where you’re getting your "actually there wasn’t" information. Even if they didn’t go to vote, they definitely put in proposals.
