It might help to get peoples attention that don’t always check the forum carefully. You could do a mass message to everyone curtently signed up on the event page.

Thank you! No flight booked yet, but currently trying to make the trip work. Do you want people like me to RSVP if we’re still pending, or only if we’re 100% in?
