RBAG pt.2 + Home Brew Gala

Alright guys, I’m pretty bummed at missing RBAG, so I’m throwing out the idea of a "part 2" (or maybe RBASG?... S= summer), to be hosted at my place here in Medicine Hat some time this summer. I know that I’m kind of out of the way, so I wanted to get an idea of how many of you would consider coming down. It won’t hurt my feelings if it’s considered too far by any/all of you, I just need to get a sense as to whether it would even fly. Paco, would you consider attending from SK?
To spice it up, I thought maybe we could also do a home brew competition. I don’t brew, but I’ve got a buddy who does and I know some of you guys do too (Savvy, Gramity). I have a pretty big house with a lower level that has three spare rooms, so anyone could crash. I’d arrange to ship my kids out to sleepovers or something so we could run a poker tourney later in the evening too. Big BBQ, a shit-tonne of quality beers, poker.... What do you guys think? As far as timing goes, probably August? Again, no problem if it’s considered too far to come-- just trying to start something up.

I’m gone for most of July. My August is wide open.

I’m all over this. Please don’t take ALL my money. I’m not really that great at poker...

If by grass clippings you mean weed, then yes.

August is good for me, and I’ve room for 3 more in the car.

August would be my month of choice for the summer. I am definitely down for this.

I’ll have to think of something interesting to do for a homebrew by then!

This sounds quite doable in my books. I suppose I wont really know how agreeable it is with my schedule until it gets closer to August, but at this point I see no problems.
That said I guess I too will have to figure out a decent beer to brew.

There is an off chance I could make it. I work some weekends, but not many. I am getting married on August 25 so that weekend and the one after are no go’s for me.

Or he could use the RBAG pt2 as his stag weekend?
