now then
just looking at the running order for Friday, may kick off a tad earlier. I’d like to get to the Brew Co by 10.30, he will only have one beer on, hopefully he will arrange for another to be in the pub next door.
want to be at Harlequin for 11.30, would anticipate being there a good couple of hours, as there will be 20 guaranteed rates for most people! so anyone coming over a bit later will probably find us still there
If Brew Co bloke is away (still waiting to find out) then plan would be get to ’Quin for 11, buy ourselves a bit more time

right, as it stands so far, numbers looking like:
Fri 17
Sat 19
Sun 16
11 have said they will be around in some capacity on Thursday, plan is still 1636 train to Hudds
so far no indication of which days from grove, hildigoltur, kimjohansen, phil, reakt
so, we need more people. anyone know any ratebeerians not coming, just beat them with a stick til they agree to come - and reassure them that just because it’s outside the M25, that doesn’t mean it’s mandatory to wear a flat cap and carry a whippet, and nor will you find all the baths full of coal or be forced to eat tripe
anyone stuck for accomodation let me know, will check availability of a couple of handy B+Bs, or there’s the usual travelodge etc. or my shed if you’re a total skinflint

I suspect i’ll hit the festival earler assuming its open earler
I see only 33 people signed up last year but i swear there was more there, so you might end up with a few more yet.
Shame if we dont top 20 people

check their website - not sure if they open before 5. however, if you go to Hudds earlier, there’s the grove (www.groveinn.co.uk) - 10 UK cask ales, and check out their FM list! they currently have 8 Belarussian beers, some Ukrainian, loads of German/Dutch/Belgian, a few american - well, the full list is on the website... (good place to do some shopping for the grand tasting, hint hint)

Oi!
I come to town Wednesday morning and leave Monday evening.
My sign up represents me alone.
I am a total skinflint and I require to sleep with Duff, so can I please use your shed as well Mr. Evil Empire?
I do not know exactly which beers I will bring, but count on some good rare Danish micros and probably a rare lambic from the cellar.
Servus!
Jacob
