As this event is more for the out-of-towners than us, we’re curious as to which of these two places you northerners would rather hit. Logistically, we can only do one. Also, due to logistics, your vote may or may not matter. Post your reply in the RBWG thread within the Orlando forum... if you can. I’m not sure whether non-premies can do so. If you can’t post there, then just post here. We’ll see what we can do to hit the place you prefer.

We’re looking into getting one hotel for some people.
We know that being Orlando, some people are going to be staying near Disney and making a vacation out of it, so that makes organizing hotels a little harder. Plus, there are thousands of hotels in the Orlando area, and Redlight Redlight isn’t really in the same area as "the attractions".
We’re going to get some estimates soon on hotels and hopefully, for some people, we can get a package together for hotel and transport to/from Tampa for Friday, for one price.

Neither really makes sense.
On the subject of hotels, is there one walking distance from the grand tasting? Transportation for people who want to come and go during the tasting as well as schlepping coolers becomes a logistical issue.
