Resend or reset password?

Message MyCsPiTTa 03:21 Sun 8/24/2014 Hi, I only just registered and need my password either reset or sent to me. In the Edit Profile page there is a link under where you enter your password that says "Note: If you need your password resent to you, no problem. You can do that here." But that link always (and incorrectly) takes me to the Friends page of My Profile - no option to resend/reset my password. I’m running around in circles, very frustrating... I can’t see any way to contact the webmaster or anyone else who can help at Ratebeer. Can anyone point me to someone who can help?

Message after4ever P admin beers 8025 º places 322 º 21:32 Mon 9/15/2014 How can I log out from the app and log in again after resetting my pw? I can’t find the logout button for some reason. That reset link on the profile page tries to load the login page, as the op said, but just loads the activity feed instead. I thought it was a bad link but I think it just can’t force logout.

Message erickok beers 6033 º places 274 º 22:13 Mon 9/15/2014 After4ever, in the Android app you can use the Sign Out option in the so called overflow menu (the three vertical dots). No idea about iPhone.

Much appreciated, btw. :-) Depends on the phone I guess but on my Samsung there is the home button (an actual button) and two touch buttons (an arrow to take you back on the right of the home button and a button with two lines on it on the left). The left one opens a new menu on the Ratebeer android up and you can sign out from there.

Message erickok beers 6033 º places 274 º 08:05 Tue 9/16/2014 What phone do you use? You either have a menu button on your phone or you should see the 3-dotted button in the far top right of the screen. In both cases it only shows in the home screen.
