Seattle/Tacoma 12/1 - 12/5

I will be traveling to the Pacific Northwest for work this upcoming week and am looking for the places I need to go (beer related or not) and beers that I need to try. Pike Place Market is definitely on the list. I will have all day Monday in Seattle to explore. Tuesday through Thursday I will be working and staying in Puyallup but may venture into Tacoma. Friday I will be going home but have a little time to either go back to Seattle or into Tacoma. All suggestions are welcome.
