I tried this a couple of days ago, and the Brett was really restrained. I would sit on this for a good 6-12 months to let the Brett do itís magic, if youíre looking for significant Brett character.

Its being distributed through Sierra Nevadaís network... Great to get a bit of Russian RIver on the shelves in Maine ! Bit of a tease though, got two bottles aside probably try one sooner than later and save the other for a year or so... if thats at all possible.

Was there feeding material for the brett?

Was it the same price there?

I canít justify that purchase too often, but of course Iím going down to Jackie Oís this weekend to pick up a few $20 bottles. Ha.

Didnít Sierra Nevada brew it though?

And as far as food for the brett, itíll start eating the glass if given enough time.

Yeah, there was enough residual sugar for the Brett to feed.
