Props to you for being able to stick to that diet. The one thing I have found I have absolutely no control over is my drive to eat whatever I want, whenever I want. For the moment, I find that minimal exercise allows me to do this with no problems. Maybe when my metabolism finally catches up to me I will have to learn to control this, but for now I dine: Tonight it will be prosciutto pasta ties with chorizo sausage in alfredo sauce with tons of garlic, a little but of onion, red peppers, and plenty of habaneros.

Fruit, salads, lean meat, low on the carbs (including beer unfortunately), plenty of weight training and running. Trying to drop 80 lbs total. Only 50 more to go.
