It’d be nice if there was some place on this site, whether it is when you add a brewery, or in the tabs, but it would be cool if you ever questioned a beer, that there was a spot on here with info about each brewery and where and how to read their beer codes. Tired of buying beers that are questionable whether they are still fresh, or even good anymore. I can read most date codes, but not all.

Yep, that site is pretty awesome.

I’ve been on that site, they have all the most popular beers, but the smaller ones are more sporadic, and the ones that i seem to have a hard time finding a date, or reading the code. I just thought as big as Ratebeer is, maybe this site could be more in depth than that site. Maybe not, the breweries that annoy me the most is the ones that don’t even bother to date track at all. I think it’s more of a problem than most i guess!

This would be at a brewery level?

Would be cool if there was an option after rating a beer similar to the availability feature where you could add in a bottle code or something. Would possibly run the risk of people adding codes that are actually from the bottle manufacturer, like the strange codes on the bottom of bottles, etc. But it could be helpful, maybe with hints of typical codes like Julian, the letter number international code combos, bottled on, best by, etc. That could account for breweries who change their coding system, too. Hell, Stone does both a bottled on and best by now.
