Neighbros want to close the place because it smells like chilies. I’m sure there are home buyers who would pay a premium price for that feature.

Public nuisance or not, a 650,000 sqft factory generates a lot of tax-revenue for the city and likely several hundred jobs.

Tens of thousands of communities across the USA would kill for Huy Fong Foods to relocate to their municipality.
