Have worked in the area, its 95% industrial, cranks out ALOT of Food products, Beer(Miller´s So Cal plant), and rock, litterally rock quaries everywhere! Have worked next to the new plant as well..no smell..but I do love Siracha Sauce!lol.

It is ridiculously easy to make this sauce at home.

On a related note, people around here pay attention to the news.

The story was on local news outlets & now this sauce is getting hard to find.

I found a few bottles left on the shelves of my local Korean market.

So, I stocked up while I could. If you keep it in the fridge, it lasts forever, open or not.

Several stores that usually carry it around these parts are already sold out of it.

So, obviously, people are stocking up & hoarding it.

Better get yours while you still can.

This stuff could turn into the next hot e-bay item.

I’m interested. The ingredients are indeed pretty simple: chilis, sugar, salt, garlic, vinegar. Have you made some in the past or have a recipe to recommend?

I’ve used this recipe a few times.
