I don’t know how to remove things from that spreadsheet, but I realized I don’t actually have a Duck-Rabbit Rabid Duck. I’ll try to remember a few more things to put on it when I get home tonight. If not, oh well, it’s at my place and we can open whatever.

I was going to make fun of you for false advertising the Rabid Duck... but, in all honesty, I’m more excited for the Vortex II so no complaints.

I’m still planning on attending, but I might need to leave early. I added a couple cool beers to the spreadsheet and I may bring others, too. Anyone have an Unblended Lambic? It’s my only remaining beer style to rate.

I do. This one: http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/rivertown-lambic/142646/ And to be honest, I’m not confident it was produced exactly within the guidelines for lambics, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s changed to a Sour Ale/Wild Ale at some point (hope I’m wrong). The most common Unblendeds are Cantillon Iris and Cantillon 1900 Bruocsella Grand Cru, if anyone has either of those.

That’s cool, Peter! If the other raters want to sample your Rivertown Lambic, and you don’t mind cracking it open, that’s my vote. Looking forward to meeting everyone in person.

I’ll open whatever. Keir doesn’t know SHITE about Cantillon! By the way, I’m 7 short of 3000 ratings, so we’re going to have to open something worthy of such a rating tomorrow night. I’ll put that responsibility on myself. The timing couldn’t work out any better.
