Saisons pair nicely with a lot of the foods. Avec Les Bon Voeux comes to mind. Good shit.
With a rich meal like the traditional Thanksgiving dinner, I like a light beer with some acidity or bitterness. I prefer gueuze and berliner weiss, though a dry (and perhaps slightly tart) saison is a good choice as well. Or, a good crisp lager would be a good choice for me.
