When updating a place rating getting your updated rating to rise to the top.

Say I rated a place in 2006 and then rerate it every year based upon new ownwership, new staff, other chef, etc. to get the recent rating of the place visible easy enough.

Especially useful I’d say if locals keep updating their fav places, if a person checks a place he/she might only check the first or perhaps first two pages, which sometimes are made up of people’s rates that have been there only once. Not only does one go back years and years to see if a local has a recent rating of the place.

Actually could be neat to have this happen on beers as well. though there at least you may yourself opt for deleting your rating and adding the rerate, with or without the old data, and hence get it to the top, but haven’t seen the option of deleting a place rating.

yeah, id like the same true for beers. I think any rerate should be encoraged and pushed to the top.

A fun statitic on every users profile would be their wildest deviations from the mean rating of a beer. Might be a number cruncher though.

I’d like to see a count of how many beers are currently listed (if there isn’t already one) and by style
The date a beer was added and who it was added by

My two favorites so far are the ability to find another users top unrated beers (maybe even be able to do it by state or country, just like in Travel List) and sort place ratings by most recent updates/top raters.

Unless its already been mentioned, I would love to see when pulling up a list of beers from a brewery, what is bottled and what is not. Makes it much easier when someone says "I can get beers from this brewery". I go look and often can only go by # of ratings. Having another column specifying availability in bottle/can form would be really appreciated as we already have that data!

Ability to see my top rated beers of the last month/year/etc (or maybe even a custom date range) without digging through my ratings

Fresh, hot Baguette... a sorely overlooked feature, and universally appreciated.

place ratings are sortable by score and reviewer now. worked on this a couple of months ago but just now made it live.

lists of mayorships and check ins are almost ready.

suggested friends is being worked on.

Remember when we used to be able to hover over the monthly bar graph in statistics and it told us how many beers we rated that month? Yea. I miss that feature.

A feature I would like to see is the ability to see all beers from a brewpub with multiple locations together or separately (currently they are separate). For example, I can see Iron Hill West Chester or Iron Hill Newark but I can’t see them totalled together. Also, I’d like to see the ability to enter a beer in a database under multiple locations...im fairly sure flagship beers at iron hill are brewed at all locations but are frequently only listed under one location. If that is not correct, please let me know! Cheers all!
