If I’m not sure what is going to happen I start out as horizontal as possible with the glass touching. Trying to avoid the blub blub effect I watch the pour. If it looks like no head is forming I separate the bottle from the glass to a height of 12 to 15". If the head is going to overflow I suck all the bubbles wasting not a drop. 8/30/2006 11:17:12 PM
