franksnbeans 265:0 Just off the top of my head Id put Southern Tier OAT, St Arnolds Divine 5 and Dark Horizon on the list. Also not out for a month but if ’06 is any indication Im sure Abyss. 11/19/2007 7:10:04 PM

tjason1 :0 If we’re talking more of the winter seasonals, I just picked up a case each of Stone Double Bastard, Brooklyn BCS, and Anchor Christmas Ale. All pretty well known for cellaring well.

I’ll also have to go with the crowd and say the Abyss too. Hope I can find some.

I personally don’t really see what that beer can gain from aging. It may sour up but it’s going to lose that minor but perfect sweet note that really differentiates it and makes it what it is.

Make that sour up a little. It’s already quite sour.

True; the sweetness is quite delectable in that beer.
