I believe it was just a "what do you think will be the best" rather than what is, post.
I had the ST Oat last night, and that thing is pretty damn alcoholic. Very rich flavors and nice, but that thing had some serious fumes. If aging mellows that alcohol out, then perhaps it would be a good candidate, but I don’t know anything about aging...
