The worst craft beer you’ve tried recently?

As we all know, craft breweries are hardly incapable of producing utterly horrendous beers, in fact, they are quite capable of beating most macros, as their dullness prevents utter horrors sometimes. Sometimes. Abysmal stuff can come from some very good brewers (in fact, I’m quite sure that mine does), though some seem to specialize in it because of a serious lack of QC. Or palate. Or both. Without further ado, this was it for me: http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/against-the-grain--stillwater-little-did-we-know/284692/15284/ Now, I like smoked beers, and I like some saisons. Seems some bottles perhaps weren’t as bad, but ours (and it cost something like 15$, luckily, I wasn’t the one paying), was completely riddled with acetic acid and plastic-like notes. The smoke hid some of the failure here & there, but only for seconds. Terrible. 15$ for a 0.75l of barely palatable vinegar. No. On the positive side, while it DID gush, it didn’t explode. What was yours?

Message DietPepsican P beers 1592 º places 63 º 17:18 Wed 9/2/2015 Avery Barrel-Aged Series 26 - Tectum et Elix Aroma of poop and silage, plus a vinegar bomb. Pretty gross. Kind of a bummer too because the barrel notes behind that were pleasant, and it wasn’t 1900% like most of the garbage they tend to spit out.
