Forum Topics on main forum page

Is there a reason I am seeing all forum topics on main forum page? I checked my personal settings and the trade forum is not "checked", but they are still showing up. Also, the last thing I want to see on main forum page is political BS, but it’s there. Am I the only one that is having this problem?

On the main forum page look in the lower right hand corner for the manage subscription linky. Go there and uncheck any forums you don’t want to see on the front page.

Dak, here is a back-door link to the metro index. It looks it was formatted for Win95 but it works.

So we are supposed to "let it grow on us" and weigh in on Monday. That will be hard to do when every time I see the main forum page, the font size and layout is completely different. How about doing a beta on this with a small group, working out the bugs, and going forward with a public release at a later date like every other big site on the planet does? This is kind of pathetic.

The new format sucks.

I’d like to see a comment from an admin or two who were part of the team that changed the format. Might we see further changes?
