So have you ever gone into your cellar to open a beer and then then suddenly found one you forgot was there?

I had a bottle of Trout River Boneyard Barleywine leftover from the 6-pack I bought two years ago, which was a pleasant surprise because I thought I drank them all.

Quasimodo 217:
Only with homebrew. Purchased beers get consumed in less than a month. Normally, the lost in the cellar beers are either something I grew tired of or something that was a little rough when it was fresh and it just needed some age to improve. They are the beers I drink when I am running out of beer or if Iíve already had too many fresh beers and need another beer.

I recently found a stash of Dieu Du Ciel Aphrodite from 2006 down in my basement. Cracked one open on NYE and thought it was extremely good. I was very surprised that it aged so well.
