What’s brewing this weekend? I’ll be doing a double batch of creamy oatmeal stout with vanilla and raspberries, half fermented/packaged as normal, the other half freeze-distilled. Next Friday will be a smoked apple cuvee. |

Ten gallons of Berliner Weisse, half with get orange and cranberry, not sure what I will do with the other half. I have been toying with the idea of dry hopping a Berliner with citrusy/fruity American hops, does anyone have any opinions on this? |

I have a bunch of different yeast and bacteria starters going for a friend, so I might try to brew something with the leftover Brett strains. Was thinking a citra IIPA fermented with 100% Brett (B and C), but who knows. |
