I’d probably just open over the sink and drink up. |
Probably not just Idaho... But my locals all pulled their stock last night. |
So, someone pays for, say, a 12 pack of this beverage. The brewery screws up and tells the end consumer to throw away all of the "beer". Shouldn’t they have to refund the customer’s money? If I’d bought the damn thing, I’d damned well drink it anyway and sue the company if it injured me, and there’s no way I’d ever buy one of their products again. They want the thing back or disposed of, they need to offer me a refund or replacement, not an "Oops. Sorry you had the misfortune of spending your money on our product. Throw it out now! The power of the almighty brewing company compels you! Don’t you worry about the money you just gave us, we’ll put it to good use buying our top executive a Mercedes. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!". |
CCC: Perhaps you missed the last paragraph in the linked article: |
