Message MacBoost beers 2074 º places 37 º 05:56 Fri 8/15/2014 Meaning, which beer did you have the highest expectations going into but ultimately failed to live up to your preconceived notions? I guess for me it was Vanilla Noir by Prairie. Just a terrible mishmash of flavors that didn’t come together well at all.

Message b3shine P beers 12183 º places 372 º 06:28 Fri 8/15/2014 I don’t know if it’s my biggest letdown, but 3 Fonteinen Intense Red was one that I had high expectations for that weren’t met. Don’t get me wrong; it was solid, but I prefer my lambics with higher carbonation. I prefer the Oude Kriek (and it’s significantly cheaper).
