India Pale Ale Simcoe. Hot DAMN.

I was excited to visit London next year just based on reputation, but actually having empirical backing to the awesomeness of their stuff.. so pumped.

I saw your review this morning, Carl, and it made me happy. Just wait until you try one of their other IPAs (Citra is probably tops, but there have been some hop combinations that are just outrageously good).

Impressively, Kernel has been doing fantastic work pretty much right from when they started back in mid-2009. It’s only been the last couple of years that people outside the UK/Europe have started to take note.

Glad to hear you’ll be in London. Do keep me posted.

Kernel deserves more Transatlantic love. Glad you enjoyed it!

I just did a trade with madmitch76 and Ken shipped me no more than 6 very fresh hoppy ales from Kernel along with some other stuff. I had the Mosaic IPA a few days ago and it was extremely tasty! Can’t wait to try the others he shipped me!

IMO, IPA Mosaic is one of the best Kernel puts out. Sounds like Kenny took care of you!

Kernel Imperial Brown Stout deserves love as well. One of the best beers around, ratebeer top50 quality!

The Kernel are great, and I second the suggestion that you should try the Imperial Brown Stout - seriously good stuff.

You should also try to get your hands on some fresh Oakham pale ales on cask. They can be unbelievably good.

Their pale ales and IPAs are terrific. I am going to the brewery this Saturday for the first time and am very excited. I look forward to trying all of their offerings.

First they need to start manipulating the market with growler only releases and hyped BA bottle releases (like their peers do).

They’ve never even released any merchandise.

I have a Kernel beer mat.

It was from some place else but I took it to the Kernel and spilt their beer on it.

What’s it worth ?

Can I trade for some Whalez shit ?
