Underused & Underrated Hops?

I suppose this question can go beyond homebrewers considering all the beers we all drink...

What is an underused or underrated hop in your opinion? Either to brew with or to drink, I suppose.

These days everyone is all Mosaic this and Citra that... have you had an elegant or delicious hop you love that you don’t see often enough?

Or is there a hop from the good old days you wish hadn’t fallen out of style?

This doesn’t necessarily only apply to hoppy beers, mind you.

I’ve seen Columbus used very well, but not sure that’s underused. Give me all the Citra and New Zealandy deliciousness.

Hard to know, since hops aren’t necessarily listed.
I’m guessing Galena, Super Galena, Columbus, Magnum, Northern Brewer.

And it’s hard to overstate the contribution from Cascade.
