Advanced search question

Is it possible to include only beers that aren’t marked as "retired" ?

Especially when you search for the highest rated beers of a Country.

From the Ratings Tab (under My Account) -> right side the Top Beer By Country drop menu, and if you want the retired too you can check a box on the results page.

Nice! The only difference is that using the advanced search you’ll get 100 beers instead of 50, but that’s better than nothing I guess.
