Message Hippoman beers 645 º places 12 º 10:46 Tue 10/6/2015 The new one is slightly annoying if you’re rating a beer from a brewery with a huge number of places associated like Greene King or Robinson’s as you have to scroll through every one of them. Not sure if there’s non UK parallels. On the whole I think it’s an improvement though.
Message 3fourths P beers 9492 º places 1576 º 10:53 Tue 10/6/2015 Originally posted by Hippoman huge number of places associated like Greene King or Robinson’s as you have to scroll through every one of them. the list has been shortened for these cases. we don’t have a way to programatically list these places by importance or relevancy yet, so for now we have to live with a short list and the search function. about the search function, the place name and city name have been concatenated as a searchable string, meaning, for example, that "red lion p" will now match: "Red Lion" in Preston (because the searchable string is "red lion preston" and "Red Lion Pub" in Athens (where the string is "red lion pub athens")
