his just appeared in my local Fred Meyer grocery store for $10.39 750 ml corked bottle.
Good price?

No, but not unreasonable. It is the best tripel ever, so give it a try.

Sure, if you like one dimensional alcohol aroma and flavor. I will take the complexity and spices of Karmeliet. I didn’t realize you were one of the bigger is better crowd when it comes to beer. Now I know.

It is ridiculous for that beer, which I agree is awesome, to be called a tripel.

my three favorite as part of a blind tripel tasting:
1 Chouffe Houblon Dobbelen IPA Tripel
2 Moinette Blonde
3 De Dolle Dulle Teve 10º (Mad Bitch)
drewbeerme and holdenn took part in the tasting as well and we all liked Chouffe Houblon Dobbelen IPA Tripel the best.

Well I bought it and now drinking it before the UEFA Cup Final.
Very nice beer.
Though I am puzzled a bit.
Mine is actually quite "hazy" though I noticed many of the reviewers say it was ’clear golden".
Is this just a difference in batches, or maybe bottle size ( i have a 750 ml corked)?
