I do not add many places but if they are listed and poor, I say so and mention they shouldn’t be actually on the data base. I think almost every Wetherspoon is now on the site, if I go into one for the first time I will rate it purely because it has already here, I would not dream of adding one though.

Some of my rates are for Supermarkets and that has aided my county scoring.

Yes, it is more this for me probably. If the place is not on Ratebeer I will only add it if I have found it to be acceptable, this happens quite a lot unfortunately. I don’t believe I have ever added a Wetherspoons or its ilk. But I will rate if it has already been added to the site. I don’t think I have ever rated a Supermarket chain yet though.
