Funny to see Aurora mentioned here. It was infamous around these parts - the only hop grown commercially in Croatia at a point really - really only around this one village/town/whatever. And let’s just say it wasn’t well liked (even taking into account that it’s a bittering hop). (Home)brewers getting Aurora from somewhere else, however, were shocked to discover something different... and in a good way. |

Hop harvest vary so much it doesnt matter. Breweries use the hop to fit the profile of the beer, not tailor the beer to go with what is seasonal. |
