Ups and downs darklordday 2012

My high and low of the day was when a random dude spit in my cup of Rye’d Da Lightning and then sat on the ground in an unnatural position after his knees gave out.

My high of the day was the tasting tables. So many amazing bottles were cracked. I mean, I was offered Mimosa 4 times yesterday! Great beer, great people, great time.

Low was the weather.

Our group was intent on waiting in the pub line and I sat in it all day to never go in. It was a waste of time and I dont ever plan on doing it again. On the plus side, the people were awesome as usual and I had a good time with friends.

I had a blast until some douch metal head said he was gonna punch me in the face for supposedly taking a picture of some drunk chick passed out on the curb- when I was actually just reading a text...then I continued to have a blast. Was group B- got in line at 5PM and got my
Bottles in 15 minutes. Also bought a guys winning ticket for $20 And a regular DL and scored a BA Dark Lord. All in all, grat day.

Glad to see the general atmoshpere was very posative

Aside from the asshats we caught trying to steal bottles from our table the whole trip was awesome. Met a ton of awesome people and tried a ton of awesome beers.

Got there early, paid half of what I paid for parking in ’11, got in early enough to get in the brewpub and got ba vanilla dL on tap, sampled amazing stuff all day, and got a ba dL. There were no downs and I spent the least amount of time in lines than I ever have. Bravo on a well ran event, it was a blast!
