i all,

I’ve got some nice details concerning the next Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation (Buggenhout, Belgium) - May 24th and 25th:

* Saturday at 15h30, Tim Webb (author of "Good Beer Guide to Belgium" and "Lambicland") will give a beer seminar on "Lambic in the modern world". Registration is mandatory, because you will be offered some beers along with the seminar and we want to now how much beer we need to have. Admission is at 5 euro (2 euro for the members of the Bierpallieters). To register, you can just send me a beermail.

* On our quest for nice lambic beers, we’ve found some goodies which you’d might be interested in. These will be added to this year’s list.
- Eylenbosch Geuze and Faro (20 years old)
- Cantillon Lambic Amarillo
- Belle Vue Sélection Lambic 1993 (yes, that is 1993!)
- Cantillon Geuze 2000
- 3 Fonteinen Hommage (Framboise/Raspberry)
- and this might be completed with some others ...

Cheers,
Tim

Tim, that is AWESOME news. I’m seriously looking forward to it now (even more so than I was already!)

Hat’s off to you guys for all your efforts. This looks set to be every bit as good as last year if not better!
