Westy 8 vs Rochefort 8...

It’s splitting hairs a little, but I give Rochefort the nudge. However I do recognize that I’ve had it a number of times whereas I’ve only tried te Westy once. I look forward to having them side by side later this summer...

I had a very fresh bottle of Westy 8 and there was some pronounced hops mingling with the yeast - which made for a surprising and enjoyable consumption.

My edge is to Westy 8. Rochefort, to me, is too aligned with the 6 and 10 in profile - nice as they are.
