Grilling up some flank steak, corn on the cob, asparagus and roasting some potatoes. Simple prep and seasoning for some super fresh and local ingredients. I have some westmalle Dubbel and some black butte porter for the beer drinkers and a nice cab for the wine drinkers. Dessert is hunahpu brownies (brownies with imperial stout, fresh cinnamon and chipotle).

Smoked nova salmon (from Costco) sandwiches with 1000 day Gouda tomato, onion, and a splash of vinegar on Trader Joeís bake-at-home bread. Trying to keep the kitchen clean for brewing tomorrow.
