Had us a ’lil blind tasting tonight, the Dieu du Ciel Rigor Mortis, Westy 12, Rochefort 10, and the Chimay Blue. Very surprised by how dominating the Rigor Mortis was over the real Belgians. And right this second? I’m drinking a scotch; the Bruichladddich 2001 Resurrection Dram.
