Working on a Miller High Life right now... I’m thinking, Founders Backwoods Bastard next, maybe round out the night with Goose Island IPA, or go all the way for the Allagash Odyssey that I have been itching to open.

Moose Drool from a can. Have some IPAs chilling as palate cleansers.

Dogfish Head Festina Peche
Old Dominion Oak Barrel Stout
Clipper City Holy Sheet
Lost Abbey Cuvee de Tomme
Southern Tier Gemini
Ballast Point Tongue Buckler
Stone Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout
Rogue Morimoto Imperial Pilsner
Aecht Schleranka Rauchbier Marzen
Youngs Double Chocolate Stout
And we brewed a 12%+ Chocolate Coffee Imperial Stout plus a small beer from the leftovers tonight (also with a little chocolate). So while drinking all that we brewed 10 gallons of beer to. Very excited about those two, moreso the impy but the small beer looked and smelled pretty damned awesome too.

Just finished me a Paddock Wood Black Cat, moving on to some post-dinner scotch, a Port Ellen 22yr. perhaps, or that fantastic 20yo Fundacion rum.

Excellent brew.
This thread is kicking ass. Slugging some coffee right now. Later I’ll be hitting up a glass of wine with dinner. After I’ll either have a Holy Mackerel or Weyerbacher Fireside.
