What’s brewing this weekend?

I am going to do a six hop ipa tomorrow

On the docket for this weekend:

1) DFH Midas Touch-ish thing with 3 strains of Brett + 3711
2) Sour with peach, vanilla, lemon zest, and bourbon
2) Sour with apricot, vanilla, rosemary, and bourbon

tripel last night. impy stout tonight. it is high gravity time at the Kevin house. will start some session stuff after the holidays to restart new yeast strains as as the impy is the last generation i’m willing to use. may do something with the tripel yeast though. i’ve done a cider and and a pale with it so far.
