here are as we know tons of great brewers making excellent versions of styles of beer. Some are even comparable.
What great brewers do you think really stand out as making the diffrentest beers, ie. ones that are the same styles other brewers make but really distinct in an almost out-there way?
IMLE, I’d throw out the names Hair of the Dog, Struise and Dieu du Ciel.

I would say between their beer and mead, kuhnhenn has some pretty unique high gravity stuff

Short’s, hands down.
Bloody Mary Beer, Peanut Butter Stout, Smores Stout, Smoked Apple, Banana’s ’N Blow (bananas with cocoa), Black Licorice Beer, Imperial Spruce Pilsener...
Some of them miss, but most are good and I give them serious credit for the stuff they try.

Possibly DFH, but almost all of them are gimmicky undrinkable syrup bombs.
