What does she do? Sneak into the kitchen late at night to taste test cockroaches?

I still (foolishly) share the occasional sip of something special with her in the hopes that she’ll one day develop a taste for it,
Don’t bother. She apparently has strange tastes.

Yeah, I must be the luckiest guy in the world. My wife’s favorite beer(s) is/are DFH’s World Wide Stout/120 Minute IPA. She also digs on Dunkelweisses, which is pretty tight. My lady rules. 5/16/2008 10:59:32 AM

We were at Smokin’ Joe’s on Pittsburgh’s South Side; not the tap selection that Fat Head’s offers, but still a wide array of beers and bottles. My wife looks over the draught list on the blackboard and shrugs "eh, not bad - but they could do better". thumbs up

Her favorites now are Tripel Karmeliet, La Chouffe, Chimay Bleu, Aventinus, and will try just about anything once. She still abhors really hoppy beers .. "smells like cat pee". Now when we plan a visit to someplace new, she starts to ask me "are there any good beer places?".

Mine, too. And that’s a good thing. I can leave town for days and never worry about what’s going to disappear from the cellar while I’m gone.
thumbs up
