Tried two beers on draught just out of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Both were labelled W.M.Younger’s which has been gobbled up by Wells & Youngs. The two beers were W.M.Younger’s Special Tartan ale and W.M.Younger’s Pale ale. Are these just rebadged McEwan’s beers?

Not 100% sure but I’d put the pale ale at around 3.5% ABV and the Tartan around 4.5% ABV by memory.

Are you sure the Pale Ale wasn’t this? http://www.flickr.com/photos/ralph-dot/5273203553/

If so you can add it here: http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/youngers-best/108347/

You will need to add Tartan Special as a new beer.
